Current Home Based Business Growth Trends

Since the inception of the MLM industry in the 1950’s there has been ten recessions in the United States of varying degrees, none have lasted as long as the current recession, none have had such a staggering unemployment rate and none have experienced as large of a decline in the GDP. With each recession the MLM industry has experienced significant growth. The MLM industry is experiencing a growth trend here in the United States. Many MLM companies, large and small, have experienced record growth in overall sales and the number of people entering into an MLM Home Based Business is growing daily.

“When the economy declines, network marketing grows more rapidly.”

Over the last twelve years the industry as a whole has grown worldwide however there has been only moderate growth domestically, although the U.S has been waking up to the of the business potential in recent years. This slower growth here in the U.S. has been over compensated for with double-digit growth in abroad in the midst one of the worst economic downturns in modern history. This is further proof of the theory that “when the economy declines, network marketing grows more rapidly.”

The reason for this phenomenon is simple, there are more people looking either to supplement or replace their income. There are more opportunity seekers in a recessional period due to the uncertainty of their present financial situation. Many have lost their jobs, had their wages or overtime cut back or simply are concerned that they may be next in line for being laid off or cut back. For some who may be secure in their financial situation, a recession serves as a wake-up call that the party may be over and sitting around every night watching T.V. isn’t going to work anymore.

“Thousands of bonus checks sent out by MLM companies each month.”

The MLM industry presents a chance for these passive opportunity seekers to create another stream of income without having to risk as sizeable amount of capital to start their venture. Of the hundreds of thousands of bonus checks sent out by MLM companies each month and the sales volume they represent are the lifeblood of the industry. By percentage, much fewer people have created wealth generating income streams through network marketing. It is also true that there are thousands of people that enjoy complete financial security through their MLM businesses, however the formula which has created such growth and permanence in the MLM industry for over fifty years is providing supplementary income opportunities to mass amounts of people and changing lives they lives in a positive way financially.

This being the case, it is exactly why the MLM industry has grown well during unstable economic periods. That is why now is an ideal time for people to wake up and launch their ventures. There are vast amounts of people that will be drawn to this industry in the next several years. These will be individuals that have yet to consider this industry. Demographically there where tens of millions of people that entered the workforce during the last decade that had never in their adult work experience seen the lean times of economic instability. These people had the luxury of enjoying extra income, vacations, leisure time and other benefits of a strong economy. They need alternatives and for the first time they will be open to opportunities presented to them via network marketing.

Look at these statistics:

• 59 Million people working from home FT of PT according to the DSA Direct Selling Association.

• Over $400 billion is generated each year according to Entrepreneur Magazine.

• Average work from home income is in excess of $59,000 per year according to Richard Poe former editor of Success Magazine.

• 20% of home based entrepreneur’s report that their yearly business is between $100,000 and $500,000 according to Money Magazine.
The Great American Dream is gone. More than 6 million jobs have been eliminated in the past 10 years – including over 2000 jobs per day last year alone – and an estimated 55% of all jobs created in the next 10 years will be near minimum wage in stores, restaurants, and bars. 90% of all the people in North America earn less than $33,000 a year and today’s two-income family are not living as well as their parents did.

So what is the alternative to the Great American Job? Richard Poe, former senior editor for “Success Magazine,” describes in his book “Wave 4” that a shift in thinking has resulted in over 14 million people in the U.S. working from home full-time and another 13 million part-time in the. This number is increasing by almost 600,000 per year. And the average work from home income is $59,250 per year, about twice the average income of wage earners working for someone else.  He also states that over 46% of us will be working from home.

Home based business wage earners success rate is over 85% compared with small businesses like retail shops and restaurants, at about 5% success rate after 5 years. Couple that with the flexibility we have to change our schedules and set our hours and then those of us who are parents are now available when our children need us, plus we no longer have the need for the “foster homes” we call day cares, where the care-givers get to see all the “firsts” your child performs. There’s no wonder the number of people looking to work from home has skyrocketed.

This “New Era” of financial growth is largely due to the latest technologies that are now available to those who desire to work from home. Imagine what it would be like to run an international operation if you so choose, right from the comfort of your own home. Well, this is exactly what an MLM business offers! Your MLM business offers you the “freedom” that is available through a constant flow of income that does not depend on the whims of a boss, bonuses or the economy.

Take a look at some of these statistics:

At age 50:

  • 75% of the population has less than $5,000 in the bank for retirement.

At age 65:

  • 45% of Americans depend on relatives
  • 30% depend on charities.
  • 23% are still working (most can’t afford to quit and work until they are no longer physically capable).
  • Only 2% are self-sustaining.

At the present time:

  • It is impossible to support a family of two working full time at minimum wage!
  • For the first time in history, the current generation is averaging a lower standard of living then their parents! Automation is taking layoffs to record highs!

The Bureau of Labor Statistics says…

Out of 100 people that starts working at the age of 25, by the age of 65…

  • 1 is wealthy
  • 4 have enough money to retire
  • 63 depend on social security or charity
  • 29 are deceased
  • 95% of people, age 65 and over cannot afford to retire and work until the day they die!!

What Happened to Safety & Security?

Why we no longer put our trust & faith in “Big Business”

In J. Paul Getty’s book “How To Get Rich”, his first rule for success is, “You must be in business for yourself. You will never get rich working for someone else.”

This partly explains why someone starts a new home based business in the United States every 10 seconds. In the past 20 years alone, the numbers of home-based businesses have grown from 6 million to 59 million with no slow down in sight. In fact, according to the IDC an estimated over 8,500 new home businesses open every day and 48% are college graduates.

The United States is now driven by an information and service economy.  Fortune 500 companies and smaller companies steadily continue to reduce their work forces.

As companies continue to downsize and re-organize or close completely, many professionals will seek out and search for new ways to take control of their careers. Many of these  individuals have forsworn traditional “nine to five” office jobs and are making their homes pay off in more ways than one.

For the entrepreneur, home-based businesses have become the bridge between work- crazed big cities and easy paced family oriented small towns. More and more people run either full-time or part-time businesses from their homes. People used to believe that their livelihood depended on living in big cities near big corporations. That is no longer true, thanks to mobile phones, personal computers and the Internet, it is no longer necessary to live in close proximity to “Big Business”. You can now operate your own “Big Business” right from your home office.

People across the world are realizing that they can no longer resist change.  The world is changing and those who embrace it have the opportunity of a lifetime.  Those who do not may find themselves living in poverty. Trends create millionaires and we are in the midst of one of the biggest trends the world has ever seen.

Timing is Everything

Sometimes in life the stars just line up and that’s what is happening right now for our business. More than just about any other company on the planet, forEarth is perfectly positioned for substantial growth in the next few months and this could mean big money for you.

Our major business focuses on 3 mega trends, which are the three E’s that are major issues in the media: Economy, Environment and Energy.  Let’s take a look at the front page news this week.

Energy

The price of oil is up 70% in the past 12 months, while a gallon of gas is up 40% at the pump. We are approaching $3.00 for a gallon of regular unleaded in many parts of the country and the prices are sure to go higher after Memorial day. $3.00 per gallon is the magic number. That’s where gas prices become a top-of-mind issue and really effect peoples behavior.

This means even more people will be very receptive to our message of Saving Green.

Environment

The Gulf of Mexico oil spill has dumped 1.6 million gallons of oil into a very delicate marine habitat and is still gushing. This is the worst man-made environmental disaster in the US since the EXXON Valdez in 1989. The slick now covers 9,100 square miles. It is 3 times larger than originally predicted and continues to grow hourly. The damage is expected to hit the Florida Keys, where 84% of the nation’s coral reefs are located.

This means that even more people will be very receptive to our message of Living Green.

Economy

The US Department of Labor just reported that the Unemployment Rate is up 1.1% versus the same month last year with more than 15 million Americans out of work. 6.5 million people have been out of work for more than 27 weeks. The Consumer Price Index is up 2.3% while wages are up only 1.7%, meaning that the spending power of individuals continues to decline and credit card debt continues to rise.

This means that even more people will be very receptive to our message of Making Green.

How Are You Doing…?

Well we finished the first month of 2010 and I have been evaluating my life plan for 2010. Most of us set at least a few goals going into the year and it is very easy to get off track almost immediately if we don’t put action behind our goals.

I don’t know about you but I break my goals into different phases of my life:

  1. Personal includes health and fitness, personal relationships, spiritual, etc.
  2. Business goals like team building, leadership training, time management, etc.
  3. Self Improvement such as books to read, empowerment DVD’s to watch, CD’s to listen to, etc.

Obviously many of these overlap as self improvement can overlap into personal or business goals and should.

Personally, I am very successful with some many my goals and need to improve with others. For example I set a fitness goal and have been very diligent in pursuing that one. Team building is right on track but I have to improve in the time management and more delegating of responsibilities to others.  I continually feed myself with empowering material, but my reading needs to get back to a daily routine.

If we keep our short term and yearly goals on track we will reach our long term life goals!

The point is that I believe NOW is the time to evaluate and makes sure we are on track for our yearly goals.  If not, we will find ourselves at the end of 2010 wondering what happened to our big plans for the year!

So…… how are you doing? I would love to hear to hear from you with your comments.

7 Secrets to a Successful Home Based Business

What business are you in? Do you know?

You do? Are you sure?  You are in the business of marketing your business. You’ve got a great opportunity. But do you have great marketing? Great marketing is the key to success. There is power in combining Great Opportunity and Great Marketing!

About marketing.

This is an absolutely essential task that you must take responsibility for.  You’re the only one who has the passion, drive and ambition to build a successful business for you and your team. Marketing is challenging, but don’t ignore it.  If you do you will not reach the level of success that you desire. You need to become the expert on marketing your business through social media as well as face-to-face word-of-mouth.

Everything needs to be balanced.

You need to develop trusting relationships with others and constantly add value to your team and those looking at your opportunity.   Invest your time creating innovative and clever posts. There is no need to spend a lot of money marketing.

Plaster your unique message on every internet wall and tell everyone.

That’s how important it is. It anchors your business and is the cornerstone of your strategy. Are you uncertain as to what your unique message is? That uncertainty will certainly cause problems. What is the solution?  Stay close to your leadership attend all educational, motivational and informational meetings and conference calls, then share that information with others so you own it yourself.  You don’t own what you have learned until you have spoken it to others.

Do you have a plan?

It doesn’t have to stay the same. It will change and evolve. Without a plan, how will you know if you’re on track or lost in the woods?  Your team will respect you for having a plan and knowing where you’re headed.

Joint partnerships and alliances are a must.

You’re working for yourself because you want to be your own boss and not be enslaved to an employer, but you’re in a large jungle. You’re going to need some help to survive in the wild. Find joint partnerships and alliances with positive success minded people of action. Join several mastermind groups, and find a mentor. Actually, find two!

Your business is you’re your responsibility.

You are the King of the jungle and you need to lead with courage and boldness. Your business needs to complement your personality and you need to be confident in yourself, if you are not, you’ll tend to be reactive rather than proactive. Your creativity and perseverance is what nourishes you.

No one said it would be easy, what worthwhile thing is, but it is simple if you follow these principles But, of course, you were aware that your ultimate success required you to take action and responsibility. The promise of wealth and freedom makes it worth every minute you invest. So don’t spend your life wishing, invest your time conquering.

Consumer Advocate Paul Bonnallie Integrity Income Tax Filing

Here is a great article I found on aol.com that provides the 10 ten ways to avoid a tax audit,  Best method is to be accurate and honest..  Paul
Kelly Phillips ErbKelly Phillips Erb RSS Feed

“Worried about an IRS audit? Avoid what’s called a red flag. That’s something the IRS always looks for. For example, say you have some money left in your bank account after paying taxes. That’s a red flag.

Jay Leno

While Leno might not have it exactly right, he is on to something: The IRS does look for red flags when selecting a return for audit. Their methodology, however, is a little more sophisticated than what the comedian suggests. While there’s no foolproof way to escape an audit, here are some tips for keeping your return from being flagged:

1. Be good at math. The IRS continually cites bad math as one of the top errors on tax returns. Making math mistakes on your tax return will get you noticed — and not in a good way. While the IRS will generally just correct your mistake and send you a bill, too many math errors might indicate a level of carelessness that causes your return to be flagged. So, use caution when preparing your return. Copy numbers onto forms or input into software carefully — and double check those numbers when you’re done. Check for transposition errors, as well as addition and subtraction. Don’t have a false sense of security when using a software package. Your tax prep software can’t tell when you’ve made a mistake before entering your data.

2. Don’t be too rich. Statistically, you’re about six times more likely to be audited if you report over $1 million in income than if you report income of less than $200,000. You’re about three times more likely to be audited if you report between $200,000 and $1,000,000 than if you report income of less than $200,000.

Does the IRS have it out for the rich? Not necessarily. Those who make more money tend to take advantage of more itemized deductions, such as charitable contributions, which attract the attention of the IRS. Filing a Schedule A with significant charitable contributions or miscellaneous expenses may trigger an examination.

It’s also highly likely that many higher income taxpayers are small business owners. Statistically, taxpayers who file a Schedule C are two to four times more likely to be audited. Many tax professionals recommend that taxpayers who are collecting substantial income from a small business consider incorporating in order to avoid filing a Schedule C that attracts attention.

3. Don’t be too poor. While the upper class is generally the target of most audits, the other end of the spectrum isn’t spared. When examining returns, the IRS is particularly interested in errors related to the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), a refundable credit that may only be claimed by lower income taxpayers. In 1999, the IRS reported $8.5 billion and $9.9 billion in over-payments related to the EITC. The error rate is about 30%, nearly three times higher than with other social programs.

Despite initiatives put in place to stamp out EITC errors and fraud, as recently as 2002, the IRS reported that it had issued math error notices on more than 1 million returns claiming $729 million in EITC. Common mistakes included amounts that were figured or entered incorrectly; missing or incorrect taxpayer ID numbers for qualified children; failure to report income; and dependent children who were ineligible for purposes of the credit.

If you qualify for the EITC, pay attention to the fine print. Report all your income; check and double check your math (see number one above).

4. Live within your means. Even if you’re not too rich or too poor, make sure your tax return accurately reflects your economic reality. It doesn’t make sense for you to report $30,000 in charitable donations on a $45,000 salary — or home mortgage interest deductions of $10,000 for your $15,000 job. Think about the picture you’re painting on your return: Does it make sense?

The IRS has a database, of sorts, of what it thinks it takes to survive based on where you live and the number of dependents you report. If your numbers are wildly different from those norms, it will question whether you are under reporting income or over reporting deductions. Just ask Rachel Porcaro, the Seattle mother of two boys, who was flagged for audit because the IRS did not understand how she could support her family on her salary.

The bottom line when it comes to reporting income and expenses: Your tax return shouldn’t raise more questions than it answers.

5. Don’t lose money. I’ve already alluded to the fact that filing a Schedule C may increase your risk of audit. This is because, according to a recent Government Accountability Office report, the IRS estimates that as many of 70% of taxpayers who report net losses on a Schedule C have artificially inflated expenses to create losses.

The IRS understands you will have years that are good and years that are not so good. But it likes to think you’re in business to make a profit, even if you don’t every single year. If, however, you’re reporting losses on your Schedule C every year (especially for three or more years in a row), the IRS might question how you’re managing to get by. Expect the agency to ask.

6. Remember that you’re married (or not). Your marital status is determined as of December 31, 2009. It doesn’t matter if you just got married (or divorced) on December 31 or if you’ve been married (or divorced) for the entire year. You may not file as single if you are still married — even if you are living apart from your spouse. And you may not file as married filing jointly without the consent of your spouse. Don’t file using the wrong marital status, and don’t file without the proper number of signatures — although it feels obvious, a joint return should have two signatures. Your spouse may forgive you if you forget that you’re married, but the IRS won’t.

7. Don’t claim the wrong number of dependents and exemptions. You may claim a person as a dependent only if that person meets the legal definition of a dependent. Don’t claim your cousin down the street just because you may send him or her a few dollars from time to time. If you’re not sure who might qualify as a dependent, check out this prior post.

Adding or removing dependents from year to year without explanation could cause you to land on the IRS’ radar screen. Similarly, claiming the same dependent as another taxpayer (which happens from time to time in the case of a divorce) may raise questions or cause your claims related to a dependent to be rejected, as will reporting the wrong Social Security number. If your dependent doesn’t have a Social Security number but otherwise qualifies as your dependent, you’ll need to get an ITIN for tax purposes.

8. Report all income. If you’ve ever used a software package to prepare your tax return, you should have noticed that the program constantly reminds you to enter the information on forms 1099, W-2, and the like exactly as it appears on the form. It’s not just an annoying computer generated message — there’s a method to their madness. The IRS makes every effort to match nearly 100% of the forms submitted to them by employers and other organizations. Financial information reported by banks, brokerage houses, and other financial institutions are matched about 96% of the time. This makes your individual margin for error incredibly small. Take the time to collect all the forms sent to you by employers, banks and other organizations. If you fail to receive a form, follow up — ask your employer where your form W-2 is, just in case it got lost in the mail. You don’t want to overlook income that should have been reported on your return, especially when the IRS is so diligent about checking this one.

9. Learn to type. It may sound silly, but handwriting your return may slow down processing and result in a mistake that attracts the attention of the IRS. If the IRS cannot read your return, the return may be rejected. The IRS encourages you to e-file for just this reason; it claims the error rate on e-filed returns is reduced to 1% as compared to nearly 20% on a paper return. This, in the IRS’ own words, “means a decreased likelihood of hearing from the IRS.”

10. Be normal. You may have noticed a trend with respect to these tips: The IRS doesn’t like returns that are different. In fact, it likes norms so much that it has a computer program to make sure you fit them. The program is called the Discriminant Inventory Function System (DIF), and it assigns a numeric score to each individual tax return after it’s been processed. If your score varies wildly from the norm, chances are, you’ll be flagged.

The bottom line: Be smart. But don’t cheat yourself, either. Don’t let a fear of being audited discourage you from reporting unusual losses or significant itemized deductions that you may be entitled to. Just be sure to keep good records to substantiate those items.

It is true that your chances of being audited are increasing. As the numbers of audits go up, take steps to protect yourself. Don’t be greedy, keep good records, and check (and double-check) your return. The fewer reasons you give the IRS to take a second look at your return, the better.

Your Due Season Is Here

Scripture for Today

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” (Galatians 6:9 NLV)

Word for Today

In order to reach our due season our harvest of the blessing, we must continue to believe God’s Word and confess His promises daily. We are the only one who knows what God has placed in our heart, and the evidence of that is what comes out of our mouth. Our actions and what we say will prove that we are standing strong on God’s Word!

All of us at Operation Promised Land love you and declare that it is time for your due season!

Confession for Today

Father God, I won’t give up! I will patiently wait for the blessings that You have in store for me. I will honor You with the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart. Power and Wealth is an Attitude

Power and Wealth is an attitude. It is what people hear in your voice, see in your face, or read in your level of confidence. It is what draws people to you. It is your level of belief in the mission and opportunity you are sharing. It really boils down to a belief, faith a positive attitude, and how you portray yourself.

It’s not enough just to ask people go check out your opportunity. You have to have a presence about you that people flock to. Some people have that naturally. Others have to develop it. The good news is that you can! Here are some of the principles.

If you want to become successful in any area of life, you must gain knowledge by studying in that area.  We are all created equal, it is what we do with our time, how we think, what we say and the knowledge you gain will give you the confidence.  Wealthy individuals understand this and they are seekers of knowledge, they are always learning and take action on what they learn, it is what makes them different than average people.  If you want to be wealthy and not average, then you will have to make the decision to change.

If you want to live abundantly, you will have to change your priorities.   Wealthy individuals make the right decisions based on their priorities.  Are you spending time watching T.V., playing video games of some other thing that brings no real substance to our life.  If you want to be wealthy then you need to make a decision to change your habits and invest your time instead of spending your time.  Invest in yourself gaining knowledge by reading, attending events that empower you and strengthen you and surrounding yourself with people that are success minded, who speak and act positively if you want to create long term residual wealth.   If you want to be wealthy, then you need to realize that it is a process.

For sustainable wealth, you must have wisdom and knowledge, the good news is you can have it all!  It is up to you.

Spend time with Christ scriptures are very powerful and essential if you want to achieving prosperity in all areas of your life.  Below are some prosperity scriptures.

  • Jesus is the Apostle and High Priest over my profession, and what I profess is the Word of God concerning favor over my life (Hebrews 3:1).
  • The Lord helps me to guard the door of my mouth and trains me not to speak against His favor at work in my life (Psalm 141:3, AMP).
  • I will not allow any corrupt communication to proceed out of my mouth. Instead, I will speak only that which is good, full of grace and edifying to others (Ephesians 4:29).
  • As the righteousness of God, I declare that I am favorable in God’s sight (Job 33:26, AMP; Psalm 5:12; Proverbs 14:9).
  • Like Joseph, I prosper wherever I go and in every situation I am in because the Lord is always with me. I, too, experience preferential treatment (Genesis 39:1-6, 21).
  • I am blessed and highly favored (Luke 1:28).
  • I associate with those who are blessed and highly favored so that I may increase in every area of my life (Genesis 30:27).
  • I operate in integrity; as a result, I obtain favor from God (Proverbs 11:27; 12:2).
  • I actively seek and live by God’s wisdom; therefore, I am highly favored and esteemed in the sight of God and men (Proverbs 3:1-4; 8:33-35).
  • I declare that God’s favor promotes and causes me to increase daily (Esther 2:17; Psalm 75:6-7).
  • The Lord takes pleasure in my total life prosperity (Psalm 35:27).
  • Because I am God’s “favorite,” I prosper in every area of my life-spiritually, physically, financially, socially and mentally (3 John 2).
  • Because the favor of God shields me, no sickness or disease has a right to live in my body (Deuteronomy 7:15; Psalm 5:12).
  • Wealth and riches are in my house because I am empowered with His anointing and favor to draw wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18; Psalm 112:3).

God has given every person a specific ability, talent, or gift, which will bring them wealth. When God’s “super” gets on your “natural” you will see an explosion of manifestation in your life. The blessing of God is an anointing. When you are in Christ, you possess the blessing of Abraham and the Holy Spirit dwells in you. He empowers Believers to represent Jesus through the demonstration of power.

Power is an attitude. It is what people hear in your voice, see in your face, or read in your level of confidence. It is what draws people to you. It is your level of belief in the mission and opportunity we are sharing. It really boils down to a belief, faith a positive attitude, and how you portray yourself.

It’s not enough just to ask people go check out Operation Promised Land. You have to have a presence about you that people flock to. Some people have that naturally. Others have to develop it. The good news is that you can! Here are some of the principles.

1) You are looking for people to partner with. People you can develop into leaders – not just people you are trying to rescue. Don’t sit down and come up with a list of people who NEED to generate income. Make a different kind of list. Come up with the people that you know who are success minded – those are your most likely business partners (you only need 2 and help those 2 to bring 2 this is generational discipleship)).

Along the way you will want to give to everyone else you know – including those who NEED more money. It’s not your job to determine who wants to change their life. You just give them the FREE tools to help them make it happen. Whether they use the tool or not will be completely up to them.

2) No chasing or convincing should go on here. You are sorting – not selling. Even if you’re brand new, your ability to draw people to Operation Promised Land will come from your attitude – from your belief in Operation Promised Land.

3) Make sure you and your environment are conducive to your feeling good about yourself. If you feel more powerful and confident if you’re dressed a certain way – dress that way. If you need to look good to feel good – make sure you look good before you get on the phone or go out to talk to people. If you’re on the phone, does it matter if anyone can see you? No, you need to feel good about yourself so that it comes through in your voice and attitude!

4) Perception really is reality. People want to be associated with someone who is a busy, successful business owner. You should not fake anything here, or lie about how far you are in your business, you should always maintain honesty and integrity. What we are asking you to do is start seeing yourself and speaking as a BLESSED and PROSPEROUS person right now. If you choose to perceive yourself that way and walk in that POWER, others will see you that way, too!

5) Treat Operation Promised Land’s Mission seriously – other people will treat it the same way. We don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be eager to generate thousands of dollars a month. Once they understand that they are part of a team of empowered people and their potential is unlimited, they’ll be even more excited!

6) Your level of confidence will draw people to you. Have confidence in yourself first, then in Operation Promised Land. You can be a brand new member, but people will still be drawn to your confidence and want to be involved with you and our team. Make sure you truly understand what Operation Promised Land has to offer by staying plugged in. That alone will make your confidence skyrocket.

7) There is no need to make this more complicated than it is. Operation Promised Land is really a simple activity but you may have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone. And you must be willing to take consistent action – on a daily basis! Plan your day. Plan your week. Then Do it, Every day, Every week. Consistently! Your self discipline will give you that confident edge you need. No one else is going to make you do it. Only you can do what it takes to become Victorious.

8) Treat Operation Promised Land like a hobby and not much will happen. Treat it like a business, with the respect it deserves and you will create the Financial Freedom you are Hoping for. You have to hold yourself accountable. People can help you, but only you can do what it takes to succeed.

9) You learn by doing, and you get good by practicing. You’re allowed to make mistakes, that’s part of learning.

10) Know that people are going to say “no”. Not everyone is as bright and open-minded as you are! Accept it. Be prepared to hear “no”. It won’t hurt you and shouldn’t stop you. You’ll hear enough people say “yes” to build a great business by helping others.

So there you go. You’re not desperate. There are millions of people in this country to talk to. You DO have the goose that lays the golden egg. As a Member of Operation Promised Land, you have access to free training and mentoring to help you with the most phenomenal home-based opportunity in the country. You have a way to help the average person to succeed beyond their wildest dreams. You have a Strategic System that is head and shoulders above anything else in the country, because this is Gods Plan! Be proud of it! Make sure the people you work with are people of integrity who you really want to work with, people who you Trust and who are Trust Worthy!

You have every reason to take ACTION and conduct yourself with CONFIDENCE and POWER. Believe it – Speak it – Expect it – and people will flock to you!!

We have a beautiful description of God’s economy in Isaiah 55

Listen to God’s words, as he speaks through the prophet:

“As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater so is my word that goes out from my mouth: it will not return to me empty but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you….”

This is not an economy of finite energy and limited resources where people squabble over getting their own piece of the pie; this is an economy of infinite resources and unlimited growth. It is the economy prophesied by Amos, who said:

“The days are coming…when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills…”

This is the economy of paradise restored, the Kingdom of God coming into this world. And when you and I were born again of water and the Word we entered this Kingdom and gained all the rights and privileges of citizenship; we became living, active inhabitants of the Kingdom of God, which is a kingdom of infinite resources.
